Our OCEANFRONT vacation condo in Maui has been completely updated and remodeled. It is the size of an executive suite, 1,000 sq. ft. tucked away in a quiet corner on the second floor. We are uniquely situated in that all rooms face the tropical palm-fringed grounds that roll down to the beach. Both bedrooms and living room have panoramic views of harbor, mountains, islands, and sea. The two lanais are perfect for relaxation and watching sunsets, wind-surfers and humpback whales. Both bedrooms have their own adjoining bathroom, a perfect arrangement for two couples or a family. We are one of only two condominium buildings in Kihei that have quiet central air conditioning which adds tremendously to a comfortable stay. This apartment sleeps six, and is fully equipped for fun indoors and out, including kitchenware, two televisions, high-speed internet access, complete beach gear, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, wading pool, sauna, laundry facilities, barbecue grills, picnic tables, putting green, tennis courts, and shuffle boards. A reserved parking space is free of charge. We are located within a mile of shops, restaurants, beach parks and the best golfing in the world. Car Accommodations for up to 6 people, infants counting. Please note this, even though infants are not counted on Airbnb in calculating extra person fees. If over 4 people, extra person fee will be added. $280 cleaning/registration fees on all stays. ALL RATES QUOTED ARE SUBJECT TO HAWAII STATE TAX AND MAUI COUNTY TAX WHICH IS ADDED AFTER BOOKING IS REQUESTED because Airbnb does not have a feature to add taxes as a separate fee in rental calculations.
