This house is located in the oldest part of Orvieto, next to San Giovenale, the first Orvieto Cathedral built in 1004. The house has been fully restored with all modern amenities and has easy access to shopping, true Italian restaurants, many historical places. Rental is available with a minimum of three nights stay. Upon your arrival you will be greeted by Paolo Luciani, the manager, who will meet you in the square in front of the train station below the rock and take you to the house. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It has spectacular views and beautiful sunsets. The feeling of the past, when you enter, will leave you speechless, especially when visiting the underground area where solid tufa rock was cut by the Etruscans over 2,500 years ago to get stones for building. Simply said: "A truly unique experience!". You can access all parts of the house. Please refrain from entering the excavated area. You can visit it when the house manager is there or by turning on the lights and look at it through the glass panels. The house manager will be available to you: just call him on Whats-App. When you first meet Paolo he will also provide plenty of information and give you my personal cell phone number.
