There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room Everything in the condo is brand new - as the condo was fully remodeled in 2015. The outside space is amazing. The lanai runs the entire length of the condo. So you have space outside of the living room and also outside of the master bedroom. The views of the pacific are stunning The front door has a keyless entry system. When you are confirmed in the condo, the owner will send you the combination to the front door. The condo is located in Kihei. This quaint town is centrally located in the south (sunny) shore of Maui. You will find lots of restaurants, shopping, golf and of course miles of famous Maui beaches. The condo is located on the beach. Just a short walk across the grass area and your at the shoreline. Enjoy!! A car rental is highly recommended when staying on Maui. It's a big island and you'll want to see much of it by car. There is a reserved parking spot for the condo (see guest contract). When you check in at the front desk, they will issue you a laminated parking pass. You must display this parking pass when your car is parked in the Kauhale Makai parking lot. You MUST return this parking pass to the front desk on departure day. If the parking pass is not returned to the front desk, a $25.00 fee will be charged to the guest.
