Our water heater holds 40 gallons. If using hot water to shower with more than one head simultaneously, it may run out of hot water after the use of 40 gallons and will need some time to reheat. We’ve not personally ran into any issues. •The top bunkbed is not to be used for toddlers or seniors. It’s high up and climbing ladders is not suggested at those ages. The bunkbed ladder is bolted to both the wall and floor. Climbing over the bed rail is required. (See pictures) •The vintage clawfoot tub is higher off the ground be because of the claws. This makes the sidewalls taller. The tub is in proportion with the vintage era that it comes from. If preferred, there is a folding step stool available.
