We provide standing fans for your comfort. 3. You will see bugs! You are in the country! We welcome you and want you to experience all the incredible things about our beautiful home, but unfortunately we cannot control the critters. We do our best to keep them away, but you may see geckos in the home, ants and maybe a spider or other bugs. In the country we do open air living and this is all a very normal part of our life, embrace it, or try to find something in waikiki! 4. Roosters live on the north shore and you may hear them in the mornings Again, please take all of this into consideration before booking our home! If AC, silent comfort, and bug free zones are important to you, our place is probably not the best fit for you. Turtle Bay Resort is down the road, or waikiki is beautiful too! Wonderful things about this home… We are located in a private gated property. You will be very safe and close to everything that is convenient in Haleiwa! 5 minutes from the nearest beaches, walking distance to starbucks. There is a full kitchen for all your cooking needs. Located in our gated property, this home is very safe and set back in a quiet zone. We have a hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off under the stars after a long day of exploring or beach going. The large deck is a perfect place to eat meals, read or just enjoy your thoughts with the breeze blowing. There are cafe lights for a tranquil ambiance. There is a private yard for sunbathing. The loft has a queen size bed and when you are standing on the platform beside the bed it is 6ft to the ceiling. The roku TV is set up for login to your networks of choice. When exiting property, just pull up to the gate and it will open automatically. There is a pin pad on the inside left of the gate if walking out. *** Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home. ***No candles or incense or other items of this nature. *** If any Smoking, candles or such substances are caught being used in the home you will be asked to leave with no refund**** This unit is designed for self check in and out, please let us know if you have any questions. We are in a very safe area and our property is gated. You are surrounded by beautiful beaches, amazing food and delicious coffee! There is a bus stop across the street. The bus is great in Honolulu, however not the fastest means of transportation on the North Shore. Comes every hour. There are shuttle services, Uber’s, lyfts and taxis if you choose to not rent a car and need a ride from the airport with your luggage. * note: large luggage is not usually allowed on city bus therefore please plan accordingly. Uber and Lyft does not regularly run on the north shore and will be about $60 from the airport.
