The suite consists of a spacious, well appointed, open bedroom with queen bed and a skylight loft for relaxing. Both ranch and island influence are reflected in the artwork. A separate efficiency kitchenette, appointed with dishes and cutlery, contains a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and custom hardwood eating bar with garden view. No stove, or oven. Coffee and continental breakfast supplied for your first morning. A designer bathroom is appointed with fine hotel amenities. Suite contains a washer/dryer and detergent. Beach towels and mats provided. Couples or singles only. No pets. This is a separate unit with it's own private garden and lanai. Guests do not have access to the main house or yard. The owner, or his assistant are available to answer questions or concerns as needed. The suite is connected to the main house, but fully insulated and private. Historic Waimea Town, in the heart of Parker Ranch and it's Paniolo (Cowboy) flavor, has everything to make your island stay one to remember. Waimea is a 50 minutes drive from Kona International Airport and 75 minute drive from Hilo Airport. Waimea also has its own airport with service to neighbor islands. Wonderful Farmer’s Markets, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, a butcher and wine shop makes this a favorite island location. Ideally situated for drives to both sides of the island, you can be at the beach in 35 minutes, Honokaa and Waipio Valley in 30 minutes, Hilo Town in a little over an hour. At a 2,800 altitude, evenings are ideally cool for sleeping. One really needs a car in Waimea and on the Big Island in general. Rental cars can be reserved at the main airports, or can be booked at Hawaii Discount Car Rentals. Information and recommendations about island activities are provided in the unit. Guest parking is provided. We do not take pets and the unit is not designed to accommodate more than two adults.
