Large front deck is fully fenced in. Please enjoy our home and front deck/yard and back deck. Garage and side and back yard are not for guest use. The empty side lot is not our property and is strictly off limits. We are available 24/7 if any issues arise Dillon Beach is the gem of Marin County. Dillon Beach is a privately owned, dog friendly beach that allows beach BBQs and bonfires, and is a fun surf break. There are also multiple nature preserves in the surrounding area if you are looking for great hiking. There is no street parking allowed at anytime. Our home has a large driveway for parking 3 vehicles. Dillon Beach has a paid parking lot for day use but can be crowded at times. There is a large front deck fenced in for your enjoyment. Please use private roadway to walk to the beach. Do not cut through back yard and neighbors property below. Back yard is subject to erosion and is environmentally sensitive. We are on a very old septic system. Please be mindful of what goes down the drains. If you are traveling with pets (2 allowed) please clean up after them. Please also keep them under your control and be respectful of our neighbors as well as the wildlife.
