This tends to be the perfect North Shore environment for couples or families wanting a somewhat nicer accommodation. It's difficult to list all of the benefits of Sugar Cove! - Great location - just a mile down the beach from Paia town, or a few miles in the opposite direction to Kahului (grocery stores, business center). - Just a little off of the beaten path - it isn't in the middle of 'vacation central', but it wouldn't take you long to get there if you wanted to. Kihei is a quick trip across the valley of the island (8 miles). - Sugar Cove is a very small property - only 18 town homes, and every one faces directly to the ocean. - Gorgeous grounds! The lawn is like a carpet, and the buildings are surrounded by tropical plants and trees. - Pool on grounds - tired of the ocean? Take a dip in the pool. - Tennis on grounds - the court is best suited to beginners, and the quality of the court will not satisfy experienced players (it's in rough condition) - Water sports galore! Launch access for windsurfing or kiting (experienced only), fun for paddle boarding, and boogie boarding. - Gear storage - each unit has racks to store boards / sails. - Gated property to protect your privacy and security. - ON THE BEACH - not many north shore properties are really beachfront! - AND ANOTHER BEACH DOWN THE STREET – Visiting with children? Pack the beach toys and take a five minute walk down Paani Place to Baby Beach. - Easy parking - there are two dedicated spaces for each unit. Our Maui County rental permit allows us to accommodate up to six guests including all children. The entire 2300 sf of living space in townhouse 5A is for you! This is NOT a shared space, and the town house will be yours to enjoy when you're here. The entire property has 18 town homes, so the grounds are shared with other units. We are only a phone call away. We can be at the property within 15 to 20 minutes if you need assistance with anything. We want to be sure that you are comfy and have a fabulous visit. Spreckelsville is the west end of Paia town. Paia town is the most charming area on the entire island. No chain stores here!! Paia has wonderful little places to eat, and charming shops. Mama's Fish House (best restaurant on the island) is just a few miles up the road. We highly recommend a car. You'll have two private parking spaces, so parking isn't a problem. There are fun things to see and do scattered to the four corners of the island, and getting there requires a car. When you quote the price here on the Airbnb site, it will show rent, tax, cleaning fee. This is the FULL price. You won't need to worry that we'll be trying to collect additional funds upon arrival.
