Very quiet neighborhood. The driveway has room for 4 cars and boat. The main living space has an open floorplan and plenty of seating for everyone to relax. The dining room table seats 12 and is large enough to enjoy playing games together. There are 4 TVs: one in the main space with a DVD player and TV's in Master bedroom, Master bathroom and 1 bedroom. You can stream your own subscriptions like Netflix. The Garage and 1 of the closets in the master bedroom is not available during your stay. The home is family friendly. There are board games and children books available. As well as child friendly amenities such as: a high chair, 2 pack n plays, a step stool, (for washing little hands), and the toilets are equipped with a built in child seat. Also, this home does not have gas. The stove and water heater are run on electricity. Therefore a carbon monoxide detector is not necessary and not present in the home. We are about 5 miles to Katherine's Landing (Lake Mead National Recreation Area) and Laughlin, Nevada
