Quaint 1 BD 1 BA Condo by Lake Como. The association outdoor pool is newly remodeled. There is a boat launch and parking, paddle board rentals, and tennis court. The hotel next door has pools to use for a fee. Dine at the popular nearby Mars restaurant or check out the Ridge Hotel’s coffee shop, restaurant & huge outdoor fire pit! Condo offers towels, toiletries, games, WiFi, basic cable, Roku, electric grill, gas fireplace, drip & K-cup coffee, tea, & water! Eclectic and spotless unit with enough room to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. If you have 5-6 people, we have a queen inflatable mattress. Plenty to do nearby and always fun people to meet! Sadly, pets are not allowed. SMOKING is not allowed in or right outside the unit. If cleaners smell it, they charge me (you) an additional $50 fee to remediate. The Ridge Hotel has 2 pools, a hot tub, and an exercise room for use with a DAILY FEE of approximately $20. Hotel has nice specials, music, pools, etc. There is a daily fee to use their pool and gym but in the summer our new association outdoor pool is great. We are next to Lake Como and there are usually paddle board rentals and tennis courts to enjoy as well. Bring your boat. Launch it and park it by the lake too! You’re 4 miles from downtown Lake Geneva, and even closer to Williams Bay. There are several beaches in the area and Farmers Markets happen all week seasonally. There is live music at many locations, and always some event going on year round! There is hiking, zip lining, an animal safari, shopping galore, a magic show theatre, huge reclining seat theatre, boat rides, amazing dining, Geneva Lake shore path, and so much more! There’s plenty of parking outside and Uber is always available, plus you can walk to the Ridge Hotel next door for the outdoor patio, seasonal music, coffee, food, gym, and pools (fee for gym and pools) If you need to accommodate 5/6, there is a queen inflatable bed. So sorry, no animals or smoking on premises or you’ll be charged a fine. It’s always appreciated if you turn heat/air units off when you leave, clean up major messes, run dishwasher on a light wash, and throw used towels in the hamper. Check out is 11.
