King bed in master bedroom and queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Sleeper sofa in living room, if needed. Laundry on site. Walking distance to Time Square, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Watch the sunsets from the lanai that has amazing views of the gulf and also overlooks the pool area. It is equipped with everything you need from the fully equipped kitchen with a keurig coffee maker, beach chairs, beach towels, wine glasses and comfy reclining chairs on the lanai to enjoy the nightly sunsets! I would ask that you do not move the furniture about the condo and that the reclining chairs stay on the lanai. There are beach chairs that can be taken to the beach. Please be sure to clean the sand off of the chairs before returning to the condo. I will be available by telephone, text or email before and during your stay at my condo. Within walking distance is coffee shops and a couple quaint, little eating places. "The Heavenly Biscuit" "Mom's" are two that are really close. The condo is a 4 minute drive to Time Square, (depending on traffic), or a 15 minute walk via the beach or sidewalk. There are bars, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Diamond Head Resort is a short distance and has nice bars and restaurants. There is a trolley stop right out front of Estero Beach Club and it will take you the entire distance of the island and even to Walmart for groceries, if you choose not to rent a car. My condo is only rented to Adults! And there is an age limit of 25 years and older to be able to rent my condo. No exceptions! *There is an additional registration fee, due to the condo complex, and a registration form to be filled out. The fee is $100 for one week and $150 for more than one week. This is paid directly to Estero Beach Club.
