Can comfortably sleep 12 people. Cozy communal living area with gas fireplace, and dining nook with amazing forest views, and a wraparound deck. Two lower floor bedrooms have sliding glass doors in that lead out to the backyard, where you can hear the soothing sounds of Camp Creek. Surrounded by trees, feels remote, yet just a block to town! Guests can access the lower two floors of the chalet duplex, (entire lower unit, bottom two floors). There are two parking lots - this unit utilizes the lower west lefthand driveway at this time (2 spots). Do not park in the other upper driveway. Do not hang out of the driveway or park on the street, or you could get towed. There is additional parking on the main street in Govt Camp. Feel free to pull up and quickly unload, and then park down below. (Please notify us immediately if there is a vehicle illegally parked in the lower unit driveway). Hosts or other guests might be in the alternate unit at the time of your stay, so please be respectful and respect quiet times. There is a possibility we will greet you, or not, depending on the day. There are TWO parking spaces for this unit (left hand lower lot). Additional parking in town just a block away. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE UPPER UNIT LOT! If you get up early to go skiing or come home late from the bar, please respect the neighbors in the alternate unit, as well as next door, by not stomping around in your ski boots or making excessive noise.
