Near to Parks, Town Centres & the River Mersey. Easy access to all attractions & activities in New Brighton, Chester, Liverpool , North Wales Easy access to / from M53 , A41, Liverpool tunnels , buses, trains & Mersey ferries Easy access to buses, trains & Mersey ferries House Rules - We do not allow parties or rowdy groups. No smoking indoors Booking Rules - We rent the whole property on a per person basis. We require the name and address and contact number of the main guest We require a payment card details for the main guest We require the full names of all additional guests staying. Cleaning Fee's - £30.00 per stay when 2 persons staying Additional persons above 2 , We charge £10.00 per person To a maximum of £60.00 per stay. Bedroom Rules - Any extra bedrooms not paid for are Locked to save on cleaning Fee's. Checking In Rules - We will meet you at the property to check you in. Please advise us of your estimated arrival time at the time of booking. Please ensure we have your contact number. Please confirm your actual arrival time on the check in day at least 30 minutes before your arrival to ensure a smooth check in.
