The bottom floor also includes an attached 2-car garage with interior/exterior access, which is great in case of weather and for convenience. Children are to be supervised at all times due to decks, railings, and stairways. The home is located up a winding driveway with some turns and the driveway is not suitable for RVs, long sprinter vans, and trailers. Our home is located within 3 miles of Interstate 15, which allows easy access to Zion, Brianhead, Cedar Breaks, and all Southern Utah attractions. The city of Cedar City with SUU and the Shakespeare Festival is located within 10 minutes along with restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, and all Cedar City city attractions. Cedar City is a great city with extensive amenities while retaining a friendly, small town feel. If you are traveling in the Cedar City area between December and March please be aware that there are snowstorms and that chains may be required to access the Cedar City area, Interstate 15, as well as our neighborhood and driveway. We do snow removal on our driveway in a timely manner to ensure accessibility. There may be times when chains are required to access the property as we have a long, private driveway and it climbs up to the property. Once snow removal is complete and conditions are clear, the driveway is accessible. The home is accessed on a private driveway that climbs to the house. It has a beautiful, winding driveway that allows access in a safe manner. RVs, trailers, and longer sprinter type vans are not appropriate as their are turns that may not allow very long vehicles and vehicles with trailers. In snowy conditions or with icy conditions, chains may be needed. Please feel free to message me and I will do my best to answer any questions about property access.
