The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer’s market, a snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. There are beautiful beaches within walking distance. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests. *Please Note that Papakea Resort requires a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
