New Tiny home nestled on the edge of the Shawnee National Forest. A cozy one bedroom with full closet and stacked washer and dryer the bed is a full size. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. It does not have a dishwasher. Living room has a smart TV sign in to your Netflix, Sling, YouTubeTV etc. Wi-fi provided. No cable. Full bathroom with shower unit. Some of our guest has said sitting on the porch watching the beautiful sunsets each night was an added bonus for staying with us. It is located on our family farm one mile from the town of Ozark. You will have one close neighbor across the road. And we are located right down the hill. The neighbors in between are our 2 children on their own farms. It's a quit neighborhood for farm life. We own cattle so you may hear cows, dogs and frogs with the windows open. The house is located on one area of our 78 acres. You will be on a separate part of the property that was cut out when the road went though years ago. 24/7 availability this is located on our farm property. You can text or call any time. We live in a very rural area. We are 15 to 20 minutes to local towns Vienna Il or Carrier Mills. 25min to Marion Il. And an hour from Carbondale and Paducah Ky is about 45min. The Shawnee National Forest is in our backyard, We are 10 minutes to the Tunnel Hill State bike trail not only for bikes but a great walking path also. Hiking in Bells Smith Springs located in Pope Co, Jackson Falls for hiking. Great Hunting and fishing spots are everywhere here.
