Welcome to my beautiful holiday home. I have restricted to a maximum of 8 guests until further notice. Located just a short walk from the popular Number 16 beach and café, and only a few minutes drive to the Rye shopping centre and foreshore. Provides easy access to Peninsula hot springs, stunning golf courses and award winning wineries and restaurants as well as Arthurs Seat Eagle (chairlift). Equally suited for a romantic relaxing retreat, a girls R & R time away from home, a family holiday by the beach or a golfing escape for the fellas - there is something for everyone. Home consists of master bedroom with queen size bed and semi ensuite. Second bedroom in the main house has 2 x bunk beds, single over double. There is an additional shower and toilet to service the main house. The separate living area contains a bedroom with queen bed, large living room with a double sofa bed as an option, and a full bathroom with bath. The house then will equally appeal to couples, small groups or large/dual families, with it comfortably accommodating up to 12. Entertainment is taken care of with large TVs in the main house and also in the living area of the adjoining rooms. Foxtel is provided in the main house and Netflix in both living areas......(if the children want to watch a different movie to what the adults are watching). Unlimited WiFi is also provided. You will be warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer, as the home is fitted with ducted gas heating throughout and has the additional ambience of a beautiful gas log fire in the main living area. There is split system heating and cooling in the master bedroom and adjoining building. Undercover Alfresco to the main living area as well as breakfast bar from the kitchen through to the Alfresco area. Relax on the back deck with fully equipped BBQ facilities. Additional decked area to side of the home with comfortable furnishings which provide everyone a quiet space to relax. Guaranteed, lots of things to keep the children entertained and occupied to make it as relaxing as possible for all. Bed linen and towels will be provided. Suitable and safe for children of any age. We love animals but the house is only really suited to small dogs. Expecting dog owners to be responsible. Please let us know if it's a special occasion and there just might be a little surprise for you. Also, please note: We have just recently refurbished the house, so everything is new and fresh. The pictures just do not do the house justice it is so much nicer. There is a special feel that you get when you step inside. Short Stays Code of Conduct There is a code of conduct for short stay rental accommodation. If the code of conduct is not followed and we get complaints from neighbours, we lose our registration and lose our business. I have uploaded the code of conduct under rules and policies. The key items are: No unacceptable behaviour. After 11:00pm, this constitutes: Aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and arguing, cheering clapping and singing! Outdoor areas such as outdoor decking is not to be used between 11:00pm and 7am. No parking in front of neighbours houses. Our driveway comfortably parks 5 cars, 7 at a stretch. Should be no reason to park in the street. If you are planning a getaway with a group of adults to party, our house is not the house for you. Please do not book with us, book elsewhere. Thanks Terry
