Leather couch with reclining seats, two leather reclining chairs. House has well water, which has been tested, and safe to drink Easily accessed off of International Drive in Deland. This is a private home in a residential area. Included are both heat and air conditioning. Bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. A shared bathroom is located between the two bedrooms, which is a shower/tub combination. Guests will have the house to themselves. This includes 2 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, closets, kitchen with all of the basics, and new appliances. Living room with couch and reclining chair, internet, digital TV channels, back yard with small patio area (not shaded). Full use of driveway. Washer and dryer located in garage. We will not be present, but someone can be available if needed. The house is located in a residential neighborhood, Cypress Park (located on Cypress Lake) is located .5 mile away, which is a 10 minute walk. It has a small boat launch and a covered seating area Other than the park, it is best to have your own transportation.
