As soon as you enter the Chilberg Home, you will be blown away by the amazing open feel, beautiful kitchen, spa-like master bathroom, and the smell of the fresh ocean air. With beautiful views from almost every window, this recently remodeled home comes complete with a chefs kitchen, vaulted ceilings, amazing master bedroom that will be sure to wow you and your guests. Bedroom number 4 is a loft space above the home. It has its own access from the outside carport. There is a set of stairs to reach this space. Guests will have access to the entire home, oversized entertainment deck, and private beach access which is located just two homes to the north. This space is only for the local homeowners, about 6 homes. This really is a private beach. Also available for use are the community sport court, large grass area for picnics, access to a boat launch for launching kayaks paddles boards and an additional community beach. The De Vries brothers will be available for questions, dining or entertainment suggestions and any emergencies related to the home. Guests will have the space all to themselves but the brothers are a simple phone call, email, or text away.
