We offer a private bedroom and bathroom in our beautiful new home! Shared laundry, living room, kitchen and patio. Bedroom is located on opposite side of house. Our home is in a great location, less than 10 minutes from the University of Missouri Campus, Mizzou Stadium, Downtown, and 15 minutes from Columbia Regional Airport. We are located in a new, quiet neighborhood. Parking is available on the street. Coffee, Tea, Juice and Continental Breakfast. We love guests! Our home is a beautiful new home finished in July 2018! The home is a single level home with easy access. Everything in the home is new. Parking is available on the street. In your room is wifi and Direct TV. Laundry and iron/ironing board is available. You will be sleeping on a new queen sized bed, very comfortable. There is plenty of hanging space available in the closet, as well as a few drawers in the dresser and night stands, as well as a luggage rack for your suitcase. You could also access a writing desk (shared) in our den if you need as well as a beautiful patio. Be our guests! You will have shared access to a beautiful kitchen with all new appliances, living room and a beautiful covered patio! We are happy to interact with you or provide you with as much privacy as you would like. We are a nearly retired couple but busy. Wife, Linda is an Uber Driver and Husband Mark is an Air Traffic Controller at COU. Our neighborhood is a newer one, very quiet and a great location. We are only about 10 minutes to the Columbia Regional Airport, as well as the University of Missouri campus, stadium and downtown area. Our neighborhood is just off of the intersection of HWY 63 and Grindstone exit. We are only a little over 5 minutes via HWY 63 to I70. We are only a little over 5 minutes from trails and parks including; Rock Bridge Memorial Park and Trails, Grindstone Nature Area and Hinkson Creek Trail that connects to MKT Trail and to KATY Trail. Bus system is is mediocre and doesn't come to our street. Lyft and Uber easily available, in fact, your host is a Rideshare Driver! Plenty of street parking for your car. We have no pets in our home. We use HEPA air purifiers due to allergies and have our doors and windows closed most of the time.
