Let yourself in with a keycode through the french doors to vaulted ceilings and an open, spacious, cozy feel. Basic kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & mini-frig. We recently added a TV with FUBO (cable channels) and Netflix. In addition, we installed a ductless mini-split heat pump/air conditioner. It is a quiet neighborhood tucked away from the bustle of the city. We are conveniently located just off of the interstate I-5, so it is easy to jump back on the freeway to get around. There is also a local busline nearby. There is an electric car charging station a few blocks from us. Queen bed has a comfy topper. Coffee and tea provided. Small seating area outside in front of the studio. 1 car can park in the driveway. Self check in with Key-code to enter and leave.
