Located in a quiet neighborhood, our COMPLETELY PRIVATE APARTMENT is just 5 miles from I80, 40 miles from State College, 35 miles from Benezette, Pa where you can enjoy wild elk & 18 miles from S.B. Elliott State Park where you can hike, bike, cross country ski. Whether you need a place to rest while traveling, want to see the wild Elk herds, ready for a Penn State game or need a getaway - check us out! We are located in a country setting on a cul-de-sac which makes our rental a very quiet and relaxing place to stay. We often have wild turkey and deer passing through looking for a bite to eat. This is a PRIVATE 2 bedroom apartment. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a double bed. The common space has a sofa bed, a sofa, a chair and desk. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, small cooking appliances including microwave, electric frying pan, George Foreman grill, toaster oven and a table for eating. There is a small outside patio with a bar-b-que grill and seating for 2. Extra chairs are available upon request. We offer a private apartment and driveway that is not attached to our main home so guests may come and go as they please. Rental has a small patio and grill outside for guests to use. We are always available to answer any questions that you may have during your stay. If we are not home we can be reached by sending us a text message. We are just a 5 minute drive from downtown Clearfield and if you are traveling west on I80 we are located 5 miles from Exit 120 and if traveling east on I80 we are 10 miles from exit 111 which makes it convenient for travelers . No public transportation YOUR WELL BEING IS IMPORTANT TO US. So we will be utilizing a 5 step enhance cleaning protocol beginning July 1, 2020 - PREPARE, CLEAN, SANITIZE, CHECK AND RESET. We ask that you help us in the following ways to minimize germs: 1. No contact check in will be used. You will receive a message once the cleaning process is complete and the location of the key. You may check in any time after that. If you do not receive a message you may check in at regular scheduled check in time of 3:00 pm. (Airbnb recommends a minimum of 3 hour entrance before cleaning) 2. Please remove shoes at the door before entering. 3. Each guest in the party will receive a towel, hand towel, wash cloth, soap & shampoo that will be sanitized. Please put dirty bath and kitchen towels/wash clothes in a trash bag. 4. Each bed will stripped and sanitized. All linens are beached and sanitized for each guests. Comforters will be cleaned between guests. There will be pillows in the rental that will be sprayed and located in the master bedroom closet if you choose to use them. 5. We would like each bed to be to be stripped. Put all sheets, pillow case, mattress protector, comforter in the laundry bins provided in each closet. 6. Remove all trash from the rental when leaving. There is a large trash can located outside the door of the rental. We want to offer a clean, healthy environment for all guests that chose to stay at our Airbnb. If you feel you can not follow these instructions please do not book with us. We are all in this together. Coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit and small snacks are provided during your stay. Breakfast items such as English muffins, bagels or muffins will also be provided.
