Newly remodeled bathroom. The house is about a 35 minute drive from the airport. Tumon Bay and the tourist district is about a 30 minute drive from my house. Since buses down to my village are not frequent you will need to rent a car if you would like to stay at my house. I am happy to share my home with guests. You will have access to the kitchen and living room. In addition you will be free to enjoy the covered lanai (but I make no guarantees about the condition. It is hard to keep ahead of the wild neighborhood chickens that tend to also enjoy my lanai). My house is in a quiet neighborhood but it is more than a mile to the closest bus route which only has several trips north a day. A rental car is essential if you wish to stay at my house. A car will also give you access to all of the wonderful adventures that can be had on Guam.
