Cute little apartment ( about 650 sq ft.) close to downtown Cedar City, SUU campus, Utah Shakespearean Festival, and local trendy restaurants. Built in 1951, this is a tri plex, so you are in the same structure as another apartment and above one as well, but you have your own space. You won't be sharing with other guests. A hotel may be cheaper, but our place is a home, complete with a full kitchen and living room where you can fix all of your meals and hang out. We have it set to smart pricing so airbnb determines our prices. By no way is this the Hilton, but it is cozy, clean, and comfy. If you like charming, this is it. If you're looking for new and modern this, isn't it. It is old and still has most of the original features. Big deep tub and comfy bed. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. City ordinance is 2 per room plus 2, so no more than 4 people total. Breaking that rule will result in being asked to leave with no refund. We have to adhere to this so airbnbs can continue being allowed in Cedar City. The parking is on the street as we have no driveway. It has 1 king-size bed . It only has one furnace for the entire home. We control the heat from downstairs, but we have provided a space heater for your comfort. We keep it at 68 during the day and 66 at night. You can let us know if you would like it turned up or down. During the summer there are 2 window air conditioning units. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. We live in the basement, so we are close if we are needed. We are within walking distance of several restaurants and downtown shopping. Great neighborhood to walk around. We are 58 miles from Zion National Park, 22 miles from Cedar Breaks National Monument, 79 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park, and 167 miles from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We don't have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat up the street about a block away. Not a lot of traffic and within walking distance to everything you might need. Walk, car or taxi. The parking is on the street. Don't park in front of the neighbors if possible.
