This unique wagon is a cozy place to relax and be completely surrounded by nature. There is no electricity or running water but it is located near creeks, hiking trails, and old logging roads. It is located right next to our base camp. You are welcome to pull your car directly up beside it! The Gypsy Vardo is unlike anything you'll find in Helen, Georgia. This camper mixed with some gypsy flair will provide you a cozy dwelling in nature and an unusual place to stay while you explore the area. Please be aware that there is no water or electricity. Sometimes in summer months it still be very warm at night! Commercial vehicles are not allowed at the site. You may pull your car up directly beside the vardo or leave it in our parking lot! Guests can drive their car to the vardo. Parking is available in a gravel lot at our main office as well. You will check into our Nacoochee Adventures office where we can also book ziplines, challenge courses, and our giant swing! If you need any help getting to our location or during your stay we are available by phone 24/7. The Vardo is located on the campus of Nacoochee Adventures 100 yards away from our main office tucked into the treeline by the Chattahoochee river. Cars are allowed right next to the vardo. The Vardo is located about 100 yards from our main office. Guests are welcome to hike or ride bikes all over the trails around our property! We are located 1 mi outside of the tourist town Helen, GA. Here you will find shops and restaurants, along with river tubing, mini-golf, and gold mining. Also a very short distance from the rest of the Nacoochee Village! The Vardo is located about 100 yards from our check-in office/parking. We also have bikes for rent and maps to get you to downtown Helen by accessing the Hardman Farm trails located right across the street from our office. Guests need to bring pillows and sleeping bags. They are not provided. All that is provided is the shelter and mattresses. This is just like camping except instead of a tent you are using our shelter. Plan to bring any supplies you would need if you were camping. Tents can be pitched next to the vardo for an extra $10 per tent. Late check-in are available but will be no contact check in.
