This newly renovated guest house with air conditioning or natural air options is an ideal place of rest. Our guest house is situated in a private subdivision on our one acre orchard. Our community is less than a mile right off of highway 11 and just 15-20 minutes to Hilo town and about 25-30 minutes to the Volcano National Park. Two convenience stores, a cafeʻ, and a gas station are less than a minute from the guest house. Come and experience our aloha! The guest house is separate from the main home. It has its own private entrance and walkway and includes a vanity with sink, memory foam sofa bed, a microwave, small refrigerator, a set of plates, bowls, spoons, forks, napkins and cups. The bathroom is located in the garage portion of the main home which includes a shower and a toilet. It is accessed through a private walkway from the guest house to the garage side door. The guest house has the option of either air-conditioning or natural air. Washer and dryer usage. Garden access to pick fruit, flowers and herbs. Picnic tables, couch, and coffee table on lanai. Beach towels. Dry sauna usage upon request. Massage- $70.00 per hour in guest house from male licensed massage therapist. (MAT-9551) Our family is more than willing to assist with your vacation needs and planning. We are both of Hawaiian decent and born and raised here in Hawaiʻi. We are knowledgable of the island and its places and history. Our daughters sing and dance hula and they just might grace you with their talents! We are the first home within a private subdivision of one acre lots which consists of just 7 homes. The private road has no outlet as well as friendly neighbors. The bathroom is located approximately 50 feet from the guest home and is in the enclosed garage of the main home. There is a separate door to access the private guest bathroom. The bathroom consists of a shower stall, toilet and towel rack as well as knobs to hang clothing. There is a sink just a few steps from the bathroom near the washer and dryer which you have access to. Another sink and vanity is within the guest house as well. The following are also included within the guest home: A microwave, mini refrigerator, vanity and sink with both cold and hot water, dry sauna, desk, plates, bowls, forks, spoons, napkins and cups, and purified water.
