We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely home. We are a young family of four (you will likely hear us). Our location allows vacationers (1) a convenient place to stay by the airport and (2) a central position for those looking to explore the island, approximately 15 minutes from downtown Kona. The airport is roughly a 10-minute drive. This is ideal for single night stay before or after a flight or a couple of day stop to explore the amazing beaches on the northern side of Kailua Kona. This is roughly a 600 sq. ft, one bedroom, two bath unit that is below the main section of the house. Upon entering, you will walk into the kitchenette that has a full fridge, microwave, and sink. The next section is the living room with a couch, small table and chairs, smart TV (with Wifi connected), and a full bathroom. The other half of the apartment consists of a bedroom (king bed) and a full bathroom with plenty of space for luggage. The ceiling in the living room is approximately 6 and 1/2 feet tall. We apologize to individuals taller than this. Unfortunately, we are unable to host pets. Access is on the bottom right side of the home facing the ocean. You'll have to pull into the grass of the front yard. This is next to the fire hydrant. You will then see two flower pots at the end of the gravel parking spot. Parking is next to the entrance. Guest can reach me through the Airbnb website. I respond ASAP. Safe neighborhood that is reasonably quiet. There is easy access to main roads. The best way to get around is by vehicle. We take pride in the cleanliness of our apartment. Therefore, we have a no smoking policy SMOKING POLICY No smoking is permitted inside or anywhere outside the property. We reserve the right to charge a $250 instant penalty, plus extra cleaning fees and cost of future lost business, if the apartment smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter. We live in a semi-quiet neighborhood, so please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am.
