We are just 150 meter from Beach. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and don't have elevator. The building is under 24 hours CCTV surveillance covering the outside and the common public areas to ensure the safety of the host and guests. No parties, loud music or any sort of noise pollution is allowed in the apartment especially after 10.00pm. Please respect the peace and privacy of your neighbours. The apartment is a NO SMOKING ZONE hence no cigars, cigarettes, vapourisers ,weed/pot/marijuana etc. Failure to abide by these conditions will result in the IMMEADITE TERMINATION OF OUR CONTRACT WITHOUT THE OPTION OF ANY REFUND.
