It is across the street from Kailua Bay and walking distance to restaurants, shops, churches, Kailua Pier, night life, beaches and ocean activities. There is also a large Farmers Market nearby. We are across the street from IronMan Swim Start/Finish line. You'll love this 350sq ft studio, cozy and relaxing accommodation at the famous Kona Islander Inn. Kitchenette: Stocked with Pots/Pans, Induction Hot plate, Blender, Rice Cooker, Toaster, plates, bowls, cups and utensils. Full Bathroom: Tiled Shower with Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash Main living area has a pillow top Queen Size Bed, Dinette and Chairs, Couch and Smart Tv. Lanai- A great sitting area with two rocking chairs and a pool and garden view. A perfect place to kick back and relax after a fun day at the beach. The studio is on the first floor with no stairs to climb. Guest access Guests check in is "hotel style". When you enter the lobby there will be a long white desk on the left side. At the desk there will be a person to check you in and give you a key card and parking pass*. They will also give you directions to the room. The Keycard gives you access to the room, pool and jacuzzi area and laundry room. *If the person is not at the desk, there is a black phone to the left of the desk. Pick up the phone and it will connect you to the person on-call. *If checking in after Midnight, contact us and we will make other arrangements for you to obtain the key.
