Located in a private and residential area, 5 minutes away from markets and town. Summer space area is 450 sq ft, on 1st floor. Separate entrance and parking on ground floor. Narrow staircase 2.5 feet wide. Fourteen 3 inch high steps. The triple bed is most comfortable for 2 adults and one child. Common open air terrace for entertaining guests or for relaxing. Available and help provided when needed. Private and highly residential neighborhood. Getting around you may use bus, taxi, cabs, 3wheelers or other hired vehicles. Supermarkets, doctors, shops, markets, food courts, teleshops within 5 minutes or less away. Parking only one vehicle within premises. Help to arrange Tours within Sri Lanka thru known reliable Tour Guide with car / van with additional budgeted charges. In the past one guest requested a tour fascility and they were highly satisfied with the 3 day tour they made. They visited Kandy, upcountry stayed at Ella Resort 2 overnights and back to our Holiday Home. Should inform early of tour to make arrangements. My friend does the tours.
