The owners, Dr. Eddy and Bess Hoffman, retired, live in the house and manage the separate and self-contained suite which is part of the house. We are the only people living in the house and we are always happy to advise and assist our guests . Our suite is conveniently located in the sea side city of Herzlia Pituach. Situated one block away or 3 min walk from the white sandy beaches of Herzlia and next door to a residential area of coffee shops, boutiques, grocery store, bank exchange, pharmacy, dry cleaning, chocolate boutique, hairdresser and more.... It is just: 20 min drive from the down town Tel Aviv 3 min drive or 10 min walk from the Marina of Herzlia - dining and shopping center 5 min drive from the high tech office park of Herzlia Pituach It is situated in garden of our private home and is fully furnished and self contained. It has a master bedroom and a smaller second room with siiting area and another bed, separated by drapes from the master bedroom. Street parking outside the suite, and bus stop 100 meters, with frequent busses to Herzlia town and Tel Aviv. It is close and covenient to get to the IDC college in Herlia As much as they want. We live in the house and are available for advice, help and assistance. Bess is a retired Israel tour guide and is able to help you with your plans We are located in the most exclusive holiday and residential area of Israel, only 100 meters from the beach. The suite is copletely secluded and private Free street parking outside the house. Bus service 100 meters from the suite to Herzlia Train station with connections to all of Israel, and buses to Herzlia town, Raanana, Kfar Saba and Tel Aviv and Jerusalem Taxi station 24/7 also 100 meters from suite There is not complete privacy between the 2 bedrooms as they are separated by ceiling to floor drapes and not wall and door. Also the Second bedroom entrance to bathroom is thru Master bedroom. So the suite is ideal for a family, but not for 3 or 4 people wanting complete privacy
