Grocery market, 24 hour convenience store, famous cafes, restaurants within 4-5 mins walking distance Most of all, host with more than 9 years of experience is willing to help at all time! ■ Air conditioner - Air conditioning is installed in each room. - 4 in total - Ceiling air conditioner in living room for the whole room, wall air conditioner in each bedroom (3 units) - There are a total of two air conditioner remote controls, one on the 1st and 2nd floors. ■ Heating system - The heating is very very warm with Korean ondol-type floor heating. It applies to all floors up to the loft floor. (Refer to the manual for how to use it) - It is okay to use the heating function of the air conditioner. ■ Hot water is available. - The hot water is always on, but if it is off, you can turn it on by referring to the manual. ■ Bath products - Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothpaste, and hand wash are provided. - Disposable toothbrushes and cotton swabs are not provided separately. - Hair dryer and comb are provided. - There are always 10 to 12 towels.
