The house is for a family with two kids older than 2 years. It's a renovated townhouse with designer awards, also featured in magazines and websites such as Dezeen, yatzer, GQ, ArchDaily, DECOmyplace... The house is a two minute walk to the Shilin MRT station. Every floor has a bathroom. There is a accessible rooftop, as well. The entire house We have a dedicated person in Taipei you can contact, but we as hosts are available by message and by phone, though we’re in a different time zone. The Shilin Night Market is just next door - check it out on Google. The Shilin Metro Station is a less than a minute away - it's just next door. There are plenty of bus stations all around the area, including directly to downtown, to Tienmu, and to the European school TES. Please be aware that you will need to dispose of garbage yourself, in line with Taipei city's customs: there are two garbage disposal spots nearby, both about a 2-3 minute walk, with about two pick-up times almost every day. Be aware that this requires a bit of prior logistics to be there at the right time, at the right place. You also will need to separate garbage from recyclables. And: for garbage, you need to use the blue Taipei City-approved blue garbage bags (below the kitchen sink).
