Typical urban caribbean house with outdoor large patio. Walking distance to the main plaza, restaurants, beaches and more. Our home is a typical urban caribbean house with spanish inspiration. The entrance to the house is through white curtains that lead you to the terrace surrounded by arches. This room is equipped with a dining table, a sitting area with sofas and a barbecue area and a multitude of plants that soothe and beautify the space. The locked front door is located at the end of the terrace and leads to the house. The house offers a large living room with a second dining room, a sofa bed and a television. The kitchen and bathroom are medium sized and contain everything you need to live comfortably. The bedrooms all have air conditioning and very comfortable beds. The room with the single bed is also equipped with surfboard racks and a desk for working or studying. It is possible to work out or do yoga in the sports area outside, behind the house where there is also a washer and dryer. Parking is free and on street. There is always parking nearby. It's a small, narrow street, but Puerto Ricans and their animals are lively people! Our home is in the heart of Rincon, Puerto Rico's best surf town! The neighbourhood is super safe and you can walk to go to the plaza, the restaurants and all the amazing beaches that west Puerto Rico offers. With a little drive you can visit more beaches, do scuba diving and hike next to waterfalls. This place feels so relaxing and vibrant. You will probably arrive from road 115, you will pass our restaurant Roots, and then turn left on CII Comercio and then left on CII Union. It is possible to park on the street for free on Union Street. We always find space on Union Street, even if sometimes we have to park a little tight.
