Our recently built home features a cozy, modern and elegant look which is perfect for couples, business travelers or just someone ready for an adventure. This one-bedroom house is fully equipped with a gas stovetop, microwave, refrigerator and a smart tv. For those who love the outdoors you cannot miss a livable veranda furnished with chairs and a hammock ideal for outdoor reading where you can relax and spend pleasant days. Our house is equipped with wifi and an alarm system for extra security. The house is located about 20 minutes walk from downtown San Ignacio so it is recommended for easy access to catch a cab or a private rental. Parking is available with a gate for security. We give guest as much privacy with self check in however, we are always available to answer or assist our guest with any questions or concerns they may have. Our closest neighbor is about 150ft away from the home which gives guest enough privacy. For the most part the neighborhood is quiet but the songs of birds are always the first thing you can hear in the morning The house is located about 20 minutes walk from downtown San Ignacio so I would recommend catching a cab or taking a private rental. The yard is very spacious and has enough parking with a gate a the entrance for security purposes. Just a little note for guest: The route to the house is very easy to follow however, it have around 1/2 mile of dirt road before approaching the house. This is passable with any form of transportation. However, it gets a bit messy in the rainy season (it is still passable).
