No shared space but with the shared wall, you will here sounds from our space including garage door, voices, kitchen noise, dogs may bark, etc. we try to keep noise levels down but we live here and you may hear us. Located in a quiet country setting, our house is 15 minutes from Notre Dame. The room includes: outside private entrance, private bedroom, bath, kitchenette, and living room. The sofa in the living room also has a pull out bed. (Close to South Bend/Mishawaka, Elkhart, Granger and Osceola) Kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, microwave, oven, coffee, fridge. Feel free to walk the trails in the woods, use play area in the back yard, use basketball hoop, use fire pit. Self-check in. 5 minutes from the toll road. 8 miles 15-20 minutes from Notre Dame. 30 minutes to Amish Acres. 45 minutes to Shipshewana. 5 minutes to Granger, Elkhart, or Mishawaka. We are out in the middle of everything. We are out in the country. You will need your own vehicle to get around. This is a great space at a great price. Enjoy nature and quiet but also close to town.
