Welcome to the Shady Lady cottage on Barron Lake. This home away from home is the perfect place to create memories with family and friends while playing on the beachfront, swimming, fishing and enjoy the Michigan outdoors. Also, a twenty minute drive from Notre Dame -- good for games, graduation and more. Layout: Main Floor: - Eat-in kitchen with space for 6 at the table - Living Room with plenty of seating; TV with CD player (no cable) -Two bedrooms with a full beds in each room - One bedroom with twin bed - Full bathroom with Tub/Shower combo - Full bathroom with Shower Lower Level: - One bedroom with two twin beds - One bedroom with single twin bed Outside: - Covered back deck - Small yard - Waterfront / beach access There are a few floatables and outdoor toys that are available for use (stored in garage). The boat and jetski on property are not available for guest use. There is a fire pit in the garage that may be used; you will need to supply your own firewood. Property Guidelines: - There is a maximum of eight guests allowed on property at any time. No pets are allowed at any time either inside or outside. - If you use any water toys, fire pit, etc., please return them to the garage each night. - Due to parking availability, there is a limit of four cars at the property. - No loud music outside. If you are on the patio in the evening, please keep the noise level moderate since all the houses are so close together. You will have access to the entire house with the exception of two locked owners closets. We are always available by phone and our neighbors are full time residents and can answer any immediate questions as well. There is a fire pit in the garage that is available for use. You will need to pick up your own firewood which is readily available in the area. If you book for more than 8 days, we will clean the house after the first week.
