The owners of the flat are a Mexican couple who have expressed their individuality and love of Georgia through quality-oriented design. Please note that balcony overlooks a peaceful ancient cemetery, a historic place with cypress trees, yard of a Church. This two-bedroom apartment is spacious with plenty of sunlight. It has a balcony with an unbeatable view of Mtatsminda mountain, including the Ferris wheel. The open space design leads to a sleek, well-equipped kitchen with a complete dining area, and a living room with a large TV screen. The main bedroom has a King Size bed an the floor-to/ceiling windows open into a French balcony. The smaller bedroom is designed to act as either a home office or a single bedroom, including a proper working desk and chair, as well as a daybed. There is a parking spot available for guests if booked with advanced notice. If parking is essential for your stay, please check with us for its availability. Guests have access to the entire apartment and it is solely for them. No amenities are being shared with hosts or other guests. We try to give guests the needed privacy but are happy to help when they need us. The neighbourhood of Vera is one of the most charismatic and characteristic parts of the city. You have several great restaurants within the walking distance, a great bakery down the street, the famous LOCAL - an expat hub for co-working and living is right next door. The trendy Stamba and Rooms hotels with lounges, Lolita, and the Wine Factory bar and restaurant space are all within the short walking distance. The Rustaveli Avenue with its museums is 15-20 minutes walking away. Parking is limited, please check before booking. You are fine mostly on foot in the Vera's hotspots such as the Wine Factory, Stamba, and Rooms. You can walk via beautiful Rustaveli to reach the Liberty Square in 20 minutes or the oldtown in 25-30 minutes. The short and affordable cab ride will take you about 5-10 minutes to reach the Old Town. There are still some renovation works in neighbouring flats. Hence, the entrance and the elevator are sometimes dusty. We apologise for the inconvenience. The apartment itself is well-kept and we try to maintain it impeccably clean. However, if you have allergies to dust - please keep in mind that you will have to go through the hallways before you reach the apartment. We hope this problem is soon resolved. Again, we apologise.
