Spacious and bright apartment on the 14th floor in the center of Borjomi with an unforgettable view of the mountains. The house is located on the bank of the mountain river Kura, a 10-minute walk from the park and the famous spring of mineral waters. The railway station and restaurants with excellent Georgian cuisine are only 4-5 minutes from the house. Beautiful view and noise of the mountain river under the window, lots of free space and large windows will make staying in Borjomi unforgettable. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, gas stove, electric kettle and crockery, there is a washing machine and a large dining table. Heating and wi-fi are installed. The whole apartment is available for guests, I would like to make them feel at home. I live in another city, but I'll be in touch all the time. Guests will be helped by my friends and neighbors. Borjomi Park with its famous sources is a 10-minute walk from the house, most of the cafes and restaurants will meet you along the way. In the park you will find a variety of entertainment for children, and if you have patience, then along a wonderful forest road you can climb to sulfur baths with hot water outdoors, made as three swimming pools with flowing mineral water. You can also use the cable car, go down to the sulfur baths and go all the way in the opposite direction. Also worth a visit is the Romanovs' Palace, made in the Moorish style in Likani in the west of Borjomi and taste unique mineral water from a local spring. To get to the ski resort of Bakuriani, you need to get to the little train "Cuckoo", which in itself is a local attraction. To get on this train you need to drive one stop on an electric train from Borjomi railway station towards Tbilisi or take a minibus. Parking next to the house is free, and in 3-5 minutes walk from the house there is a railway station. Electric trains from Tbilisi arrive here twice a day and sent back. Through the nearest pedestrian bridge, which is located almost in front of the house, you can get on the road from Tbilisi to Akhaltsikhe, where the shuttle bus stops in both directions. In 20 minutes drive to Tbilisi there is a transport junction of Khashuri, from which it is easy to get to Batumi and other sea resorts of Georgia. Having chosen a direction on Akhaltsikhe, it is also worth visiting the cave city of Vardzia. You have to know that elevators in Georgia are paid, working on small coins. The principle of operation reminds old telephone booths: you throw a coin - press a button. However, this does not stop them being rather wayward.
