At Sea Condo is located in the Klong Muang area. 12 km to Ao Nang, 25 km to Krabi Town, and 32 km to Krabi Airport. Watch the sea view from your own private balcony on the 5th floor. This property includes a sea view, a saltwater swimming pool, and a gym. Only a 5 min walk to Klong Muang Beach. Near the shops, in a quiet area. This 1-bedroom is 52 square meters. The bedroom: 1 King bed, an air-conditioning, a dressing table with a hairdryer & a chair, and access to the bathroom & balcony. A wardrobe contains a safe box and clothes hangers. The bathroom: features a toilet, a basin, a hand shower (hot & cold water), a head shower (cold water), and is located in the main bedroom. Shower gel and shampoo are provided. The balcony: a small table with chairs. The living room: a TV, an internet router, an AC, a fan, a sofa, and a dining table with chairs. An extra bed for the 3rd guest can be put in the living room. For a baby cot, it can be put in the bedroom or in the living room. Kitchen: a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a rice cooker, cookware (e.g. pan and pot), and kitchenware (e.g. spoons, forks, spatula, knives, and dishes). EXPERIENCE AUTHENTIC THAI HOSPITALITY! Donation Campaign We use a portion of our Airbnb earnings to donate 1-2 bikes to less-fortunate students in the surrounding area of our place every year (typically on Children's Day in Thailand, the second Saturday in January). We choose to donate a bike to encourage environmentally sustainable, money-saving, and exercise behaviors. We have donated hundreds of books and ten bicycles. - Internet Router - Wi-Fi - Saltwater swimming pool and gym - Hot water is only available for hand shower; there is no hot water for head shower. - We provide bed linens, brown/blue beach towels for use at the pool and beach, and white bath towels. - A beach basket with a mat is provided for you to carry to the beach. - Complimentary coffee and drinking water at check-in. - Sunset view is available from March to September. - We provide a free weekly cleaning service. You can request additional cleaning services from us; however, we kindly request that you let us know at least two days in advance. The additional cleaning service is charged at 400 baht per time and includes changing the bedding. - Electricity and water are all included in this price for a stay of less than 28 nights. - For stays of more than 27 nights or when you receive a monthly discount on Airbnb, electricity will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water will be charged 32 baht per unit. Weekly cleaning service is still included. The electricity bill for this condo is 2,000–4,000 baht per month. However, it could be up to 6,000 baht per month, depending on your usage. - Please note that if you would like a special offer for custom dates (a week & more), we will send you the offer that does not include electricity and water fees. - Feel free to contact us for a monthly rate if you would like to stay for more than one month. We can provide you with assistance through Airbnb. We mostly live near the condo, we can assist in person if necessary. This condo is in Klong Muang. Ao Nang is 12 kilometers away. Several five-star hotels, including the Dusit Thani, Sofitel, Nakamanda, and Ritz-Carlton Reserve, are nearby. You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. Furthermore, because this area is not very touristy, you can relax peacefully. Grab and Foodpanda offer food delivery. During your visit, we recommend renting a scooter or a car (free parking available) because there is no public transportation in the Klong Muang area. We have Honda Click 125i scooters and a Subaru Forester car for rent. Our Subaru Forester car comes with insurance for the car rental. You must have a valid motorcycle driving license when renting a scooter. Similarly, when renting a car, a valid driving license is required. Please also carry your International Driving Permit (IDP) when driving a scooter or a car. You can also book a taxi with us! - If you would like to request a baby crib (weight limit: 15 kg), a high chair, and a baby bath, please let us know before the check-in date. We also have some baby beach toys that you are welcome to borrow. - If you would like to book a tour with us, please reserve before 8 p.m. and arrive on time when getting picked up in the lobby. - There are cats in the condo's common areas (lobby, pool, and parking), but they do not walk to your unit.
