Guests will have the entire unit. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a large living room, full kitchen, office, and enclosed three-season porch. The home is vintage and recently remodeled; it has many unique features and is also clean and welcoming. You will have the entire space to yourself; this is not a shared space. I live in the other half of the duplex so I'll be available to answer questions and offer assistance any time I am not at work. Otherwise interaction will probably be minimal. The home is located in the historic Astor Park neighborhood, within walking distance to convenience stores, small restaurants, Bellin and St. Vincent hospitals, two city parks, and the East River walking trail. Drive time to downtown is about 5 minutes, time to the Packers stadium is about 15 minutes. Less than a block away is a bus stop. On Packer game days there is a free bus that goes to and from the stadium from this stop. The apartment is non-smoking but smoking is allowed on the enclosed porch.
