Welcome to the “Turn and Slip Inn.”  Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, modern, roomy and relaxed home.  Explore downtown Pensacola’s vibrant streets, catch a Blue Wahoos baseball game or see an event at the Pensacola Bay Center just a 5 min drive or rental Byrd scooter away.  Families love coming back from the beach, just 15 min away, to relax in the pool.  Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.   Start your day with coffee from the included Keurig machine and get ready for a day exploring the city’s sights and attractions including the Blue Angels!  Head out and wander through the nearby farmers’ market and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the kitchen which includes cooking and baking essentials.  Stream all your favorite shows or games on a 65” Dolby Vision television with sound bar.  Curl up to your favorite book in the reading nook while the kids enjoy crafts at the desk or dining room table with a bench.  Unwind at the end of the day by grabbing a drink from the bar and heading out, away from any bugs, in the screened in patio.  Grill up some fish from Joe Patti’s seafood market on the included bbq. Admire the crisp, contemporary beach and aviation decor of the upstairs bedrooms.  All bedrooms feature black-out window drapes and luxurious beds and linens.  The Master BR or “Heron” room is lovingly decorated with beachy art and accent pieces throughout.  The "Mermaid" room consists of two twin beds while the "Seahorse" room consists of a queen bed.  The home also features discreet nightlights for the kiddos throughout.  A convenient washer and dryer rounds out the second floor. You will be provided full, exclusive access to all the living spaces within the home. The shared pool is available to townhome guests only. The community is very safe with an interior walking path and pool surrounded by a wrought iron fence. I maintain the garage for storage. I'm available to chat about the neighborhood, restaurants and activities. I'm an active duty US Marine pilot, but stationed in the immediate area, so please be patient with non-immediate response times. Your public transportation options include renting a Byrd scooter nearby or taking a public bus to where you need to go. The bus route is directly in front of the house.
