Beautiful and intimate rooftop apartment with a huge terrace overlooking Jerusalem's skyline. Available for short and long term stays. The house is a renovated typical old style Jerusalem building. It is in a walking distance to the old city, cafes, shops, and the city's attractions. Newly Highly efficient Air Conditioning devices installed in each and every room in the apartment to both cool in summer and heat in winter. Gorgeous rooftop apartment in an awesome location. The space is a tastefully furnished 80 square meters apartment with additional 80 square meters beautiful rooftop terrace garden filled with plants and greens, designed for guests to lounge and relax. There is also another picturesque balcony overlooking Jerusalem's skyline. There are two well-lit, cozy and spacious double bedrooms, one of which a master en-suite bedroom. The entire place is very pleasant, well-lit and has great pleasant breezes in all the rooms. The entire space is available for guests to use at their leisure. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, dish-washer stocked with the basics (salt, sugar, coffee, tea etc.), which guests are welcome to use. The living room is comfortable, cozy and has cable-tv. There is also a very speedy wifi connection all around the house. Apart from the two double-bedrooms which sleep 4 people, there is an additional single folding bed to sleep one additional guest. The terrace is pleasantly shaded and green with plants. There are powerful highly efficient newly installed air-conditioning devices in each and every room in the house (used to cool in the summer and heat in the winter). There are also fans in each room . There is free available parking in the street. I will always be available for any query or question and will try, if I can to meet and greet you in person on your arrival to the apartment. If its impossible, the door has a code - so you can arrive at any time and check yourselves in to the apartment. Our place is situated between the German Colony and Bak'a. It is a quiet street very close (literally 5 minuets walk) to the heart of the neighborhood and its shops, coffee-shops, restaurants, supermarkets, vegetable and fruit shops, bakery, organic shops and pharmacy. It is also 7 minutes walk to the trendy old-train station compound (with its restaurants, cafes and bars) which is open 7 days a week. It is in a walking distance to Jerusalem's main tourist attractions such as the old city, Emek R'efaim st., Yemin Moshe colony, the cinematheque, Khan theater, Jerusalem's main theater, King David st., Jerusalem's swimming pool etc. There are many public buses along Emek-Refaim st. or Beit Lehem Road and around our street, and its very easy to hail a taxi in Jerusalem from the road. For guests arriving with a rental car there is free available parking in the street. The apartment is comfortably situated for getting around the city quickly by either car or bus to Mahne Yehuda's main market, the city center, Israel Museum, and other main locations in Jerusalem. Please note that being a roof-terrace garden apartment, the apartment is situated in the third floor, and has no elevator. Please note: despite the photos, there are no current construction works in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. These are old photos taken long ago when constructions took place.
