This is a fully furnished APT with high speed wifi/internet, a smart tv, an active NETFLIX account, local/international live streaming channels, orthopedic mattresses, air conditioning units in all rooms + living room, hot water in both showers. We also have a custom built kitchen, American vanities, an 8 blades American ceiling fan, and smart door locks. We have invested in all these amenities for your comfort. We expect our guests to respect house rules and take good care of our property! Guest will have full access to the house. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own internal bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is second public bathroom. You will also have access to your private balcony. Note: Electricity cost is not including just like other rental properties in Dakar. Average cost is ~$3-6/day but all depends on the customer usage. It's a prepaid system. You load how much ever you desire and refill as you need to. Detailed instructions will be provided upon check in. Full access to the entire apartment. Free street parking is available. Host/Co-host will be nearby and available via a text or a phone call. APARTMENT IS CENTRALLY LOCATED IN SICAP LIBERTE 5 IN DAKAR. 15 MINUTES TO ALAMADIES AND 15 MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN DAKAR. We can help you with arranging transportation around the city. Pick-up and Drop-off from the airport is available if needed. This is our home away from home.
