Winfield - Room #4 has 1 full sized bed and 2 twin beds that can sleep up to a max of 4 people and has an ensuite private bathroom. With clean beds, our all access kitchen and lots of hot water, our hostel is an ideal resting place for the road-weary explorer. We have large common rooms for quiet reading or socializing with fellow explorers. The hostel gives its guests the feeling of a home on the road. Activities are endless in our beautiful area! So, what exactly is a hostel? A hostel is a type of lodging that offers just what traveling groups, single travelers and budget minded families need — beds, showers, laundry facilities and a large common kitchen. One excellent feature of the hostel is our very large fully equipped kitchen that enables you to store groceries in our large guest fridge and cook meals, further stretching your vacation dollars. In addition to the room you book, you will have access to our shared kitchen, laundry facilities, living room spaces, front yard, backyard, and shared bathrooms. Our staff will check you in when you arrive. We will be available to answer questions or help out during the day. Our official office hours are 2pm-9pm, but we are around in the mornings should you need anything. We are a 14 room hostel that you can rent out entirely, situated perfectly for lovers of the outdoors. We are close to Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain for our winter adventurers and surrounded by beautiful lakes, historic mines, and challenging 14ers for our summer lovers. Our Inn is located in a very safe and quiet residential neighborhood. We are conveniently located only 5 blocks away from the Main Street/downtown Leadville. Don't worry if you do not have a car! We are very close to town and many of the things to enjoy are in walking distance. Leadville also has a bus system that connects it to Copper Mountain and Frisco, a nearby ski resort and town with bigger shopping opportunities and restaurants. Having a car is helpful to reach certain hikes, but we also offer shuttles and hitchhiking is fairly easy here. We also have two town bikes that our guests are allowed to borrow any time to stroll around town. This room is located in our Hostel & Inn. We offer private room options as well as female, male, and co-ed dorm rooms.
