Location is really good as a walking distance from CBD, shop, restaurant and market. The land has 3000 square meter, many fruit trees ( banana, papaya, Starfruit, Mango, Lichi, Pineapple) Large open kitchen and leaving room opening to a nice terasse where you can eat and leave. The main bedroom has a Cal king bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. One bathroom with a shower. The guest can access the swimming pool of the main house on weekday. This is up to the guest. We are a family of 5, our 3 kids have 11, 8and 5years old. We also have 1 gardener and houses girls/nany helping us. We are the only expat house around, the houses in our neighbourhood belongs to Vanuatu Governement, two house from ours you have the Prime Minister house and next to it, The Chief Justice House. This is a really safe place to be in Port Vila. And close by walk to the CBD where you can find restaurant, grocery nd the fruit nd vegetable Market of Port Vila. Easy walking distance from Main street and buses can be found close from our house if you wish. The Buses system is not organised in Port Vila and random bus passes all the time, and you can wave at them for a ride any time. this is a quite effective system for a small town.
