Miele gas 5 burner cooktop, Miele dish washer, triple reverse osmosis water filtration system, coffeemaker with coffee grinder, Vitamix and juicer. The dining table seats 10 adults. The outdoor terrace boasts a heated pool with a carefree clear water mineral ionizer that automatically purifies and sanitizes. Outdoor furniture by Gloster and Tuuci umbrella. The outdoor kitchen has a 36" Heston gas grill and a Primo ceramic charcoal grill with 2 side burners. Outdoor sink and refrigeration as well. Outdoor bar seats four adults. Washer, dryer, towels, linens, wireless internet, 55" Samsung, Smart tv, electric window treatments and Sonos speakers. The house has 2 large driveways with the ability to turn around in the driveway. Rincon has a lot of hills, so a car is a must. The property manager, Allison Jones Richter, lives five minutes from the house. She is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns. She will only come to the house if requested by the guests. Casa Dos Ceibas is located on a dead end street with four other houses. It is a quiet street with not a lot of traffic. Strongly recommend renting a car. Rincon is not an easy town to walk around. We have narrow streets, few side walks and a lot of hills. Great for exercise, but not great for a casual stroll. We reserve the right to cancel/limit bookings based on number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-5 days) Exceptions to the rule apply There is an exterior security camera at the entry access points on the property.
