My place has a fine view and easy to take the subway at SeoHyun station in 5 minutes' walk and to tour Bundang to Pangyo, Seoul by exclusive bus lane. Central Park & AK mall make you comfortable. In conclusion my place has all convenient facilities. Also if you have a business trip near my place of Pangyo etc. then my place is very convenient because of big desk and softly chair in the private room. You can use also very spacious toilet and bathroom exclusively. The space is clean and large, more comfortable to stay. Tourists can see the Park View from my house and can go Central Park (very famous, beautiful and big park) easily within 5 minutes' walk. All washing facilities, bath room, kitchen, livingroom etc. And anything you want with discussion. As much as guest wants. Lot of time if possible. But if the guest wants to be quiet, I will respect the privacy. District of Seohyun-Dong, Bundang-Gu is the core business area of Bundang. This place is very centralized with the big mall(AK plaza), theater(Megabox, CJV), various restaurant(western, korean, chinese, japanese like a Outback etc), convenient facilities(GS supermark etc.), public transportation(subway, red bus etc.) The Seohyun subway station is very close to my house. It takes only 5 minutes walk so that the guest can use the subway very conveniently. And this district have also lots of wide area bus which is fast, comfortable and easy to reach to the sights. A lot of bus stop to Seoul and airport remousine bus stop (remousine bus No 5400 can bring you from Incheon airport to my place within 70minutes) is nearby my place. The Guest easily can go to all Bundang area (Sunae, Jeongja, Migeum , Pangyo (including Pangyo Technovalley : 5 minutes by car) by subway Bundang line or Sin-Bundang line in very short time and also go to Gangnam station by Bundang line or exclusive bus lane within 30 minutes. You can also arrive at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital within 10 minutes by car. Moreover the Bundang Jesaeng Hostital (big hostital) is within 5 minutes walk. If you want to visit the Korean traditional historic site, the mountain fortress wall of Namhansansung (provincial park) is very good for you. It takes about 15 minutes by car. You can go to the very famous tourist cite like the Lotteword, Everland, Korea folk village etc. within 1 hour through subway and red bus in front of Seohyeon station. If you want the shopping, you can go to AK plaza in 5 minutes walk or Lotte Department in 10 minutes by the subway.
