You can easily walk to the connecting Century Mall in 2 mins where you can find a Rustans supermarket in the basement. Upper floors in the Mall have a range of shops, restaurants, multi screen cinema, foodcourt and alfresco dining areas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Outside you can find an SM Foodmall opposite in A.Venue and range of lively bars, restaurants and clubs on the doorstep. A 10min stroll through the lanes gets you to Rockwell Powerplant Mall and 20 min walk to Greenbelt. In summary its a great area with all your daily needs within walking distance. Greenbelt, Glorietta and Global City are a $3 taxi ride. To the airport is $6. Jeepneys are everywhere. I would recommend you use Grab Taxi as they are very active in Manila and a great hassle free way to get around. Traffic is usually hectic so please plan in advance. Passports of all guests staying must be emailed min 3 days prior to Check In to allow for residency application to be completed. There is a Laundry service in the B2 of the building. The apartment is ideal for the business traveler on a long term stay or a family group. There is plenty of cupboard storage and all the kitchenware for you to do your cooking including Washing Machine, Microwave, Induction Hob, Toaster, Rice Cooker, pots and pans etc. Strictly NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the apartment. There will be an extra cleaning charge of $100 if there has been smoking in the unit. However there are two balconies. Please use the ashtray provided on the BALCONY and regularly empty the rubbish bins in the service area up the corridor behind the elevators. Pool Towels - Please bring your own towels. Max number of guests per Unit is 4 persons. Visitors are allowed if accompanied through security by a registered guest in and out. Please don't take the towels provided from the unit out of the apartment. Also please don't mix them up with your own. No parties are allowed in the unit. Please respect the neighbours around you. Any complaints will be handled by security and reported incidents will be a violation of your Airbnb terms. Likewise if you are disturbed by any unreasonable disturbance please use the handset in the Living Room to report the complaint to the Concierge and they will deal with it. Alternatively let me know and I will provide assistance where needed. Check in is 3pm. Early Check in may be possible. Please ask first as the Smart Lock is pre-coded for 3pm and can be reset for early check in if available. Check out is 12 noon. Late check out requests only by prior arrangement and depending on incoming guests. Additional fees may be charged by prior agreement.
