Great place for a long-term stay with an reasonable price! Bedroom and kitchen are separated (not a studio), so enjoy cooking without worrying about the smell all over the place. The unit is located in northeast part of Seoul which is a quiet and safe residential area. Only 5 minutes walk to Sangwolgok Station (Subway Line 6) and bus stops. Close to Dongduk Women's University, Korea University, Kyung Hee University, and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. Our unit is specialized for international students and working holiday visa holders. I have experience in hosting a number of international students and working holiday visa holders. Moreover, I was once an international student overseas, so I can help you adjust well in Korea. We will make a rental contract, so our place can be registered as your legal address for your Alien Registration Card (Foreign Residence Card). Not many Airbnb units in Seoul would be able for this. The unit is on the first floor of the house that my family owns. As my family lives right next to your unit, we can help anytime when you need something. Your unit and my family’s unit are not connected and have separate entrance – so don’t need to worry about your privacy. If you have any issue during your stay in Korea, you can give me a message anytime. I will help you as much as I can. * Fast Wifi / Large desk / Netflix connected / Pest control My family lives in a unit next to your unit, so if you need any help you can knock the door anytime and ask questions. We can also keep your luggage before or after check-in for free. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. However, if you walk 5 - 10 minutes towards Dongduk Women's University, you will be able to find lots of local restaurants and small cafes along the street. You can also easily find a local grocery store and a convenience store within 3 minutes walking distance. Lots of universities are nearby the unit. You can go by subway or bus easily.
